1General Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and maggie88 ("the Company", "we", or "the platform"). By registering, accessing, or using any services provided through the maggie88 website, you explicitly agree to be bound by all Terms stated herein, including any amendments made from time to time.

These Terms apply to all users of the maggie88 platform without exception, including casual visitors, registered members, and VIP programme members. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use maggie88 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and throughout the period of account use.
• Be a Malaysian citizen or a legally recognised permanent resident of Malaysia.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

• Have never had a maggie88 account previously terminated for a breach of Terms.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at maggie88. Opening multiple accounts under the same or different identities is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all accounts involved.

During registration, you are required to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• Keep your login credentials secure and never share your password with anyone.
• Update your account information if any changes occur, particularly your phone number and email address.
• Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process when requested, including submitting a valid copy of your national ID or passport.

Maggie88 reserves the right to suspend or close an account for verification purposes at any time without prior notice. Any bets placed while an account is under suspension will be automatically voided.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Maggie88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only:

All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, subject to processing fee deductions where applicable. Maggie88 is not liable for any delays caused by technical issues on the payment provider's end.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

Withdrawals from your maggie88 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawal amount minimum is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.
• The KYC process must be fully completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Standard withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• Platinum and Diamond VIP members are eligible for express withdrawals within 2 business hours.
• Maggie88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding RM10,000.

Winnings obtained through suspicious means, in breach of these Terms, or as a result of a technical error will not be paid out and may be reversed at any time, including after transfer to a member's account if evidence of fraud is found.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the maggie88 platform – covering football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, AFC), e-sports, live casino (Blackjack, Baccarat), lottery, and other sports – are subject to the specific rules of each game, available in the relevant help section.

General wagering conditions applicable to all game types:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except in the event of a verified system error.
• In the event a sports match is postponed or cancelled, a refund will be issued within 24 hours.
• Odds displayed are those in effect at the time the bet is confirmed. Any subsequent changes to the odds do not affect bets that have already been confirmed.
• Maggie88 reserves the right to void any bets placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• For live in-play betting, all outcomes are determined by the official results issued by the relevant match organising body.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game type, league, and your VIP membership tier.

7Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

All maggie88 bonus and promotion offers are subject to the specific terms stated in each respective offer. General conditions applicable to all promotions are as follows:

• Every bonus has a rollover conditions (wagering requirements) which must be met before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members making their first deposit of at least RM20.
• Every promotion has an expiry date. Bonuses not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
• Only bets placed using bonuses in eligible games will count towards meeting the rollover requirement — please check the terms of each promotion.
• Promotion abuse, including hedging bets, using multiple accounts, or colluding with other players to manipulate promotions, will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonuses and winnings.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the maggie88 platform and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:

• Identity Fraud: Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or providing false personal information.
• Bot & Automated Software Usage: Using any scripts, bots, automated programmes, or artificial intelligence technology to play or place bets.
• Duplicate Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account under any circumstances.
• Money Laundering: Using the maggie88 platform for money laundering or any other financial activity that violates Malaysian law.
• Match Manipulation: Any attempt to exploit system errors, software vulnerabilities, or to collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Technical Disruption: Cyberattacks, hacking attempts, or any interference with maggie88's technical infrastructure.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Maggie88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any Terms set out in this document.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactive for 12 consecutive months (dormant account).
• Account closure requested by the member through customer support.
• Self-exclusion request by member.
• Instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

To voluntarily close an account, members may contact the maggie88 customer support team via 24/7 live chat. Any valid balance in the account will be returned within 5 to 7 business days upon completion of the identity verification process.

10Loss Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, maggie88 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the member.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages or losses under any circumstances.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond maggie88's control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
• Any damage or viruses that may infect your device as a result of using the platform.
• Content or links from third-party websites accessed through the maggie88 platform.

Maggie88's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

11Responsible Gaming

Maggie88 is fully committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of protective tools to help members manage their betting activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set a loss limit to prevent spending beyond your means.

• Temporary Break: Lock your account for 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, or 6 months — your choice.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the matter will be referred to the relevant Malaysian courts for adjudication.
